Our e-commerce platform is designed to securely process a deposit payment of 30% of the value of each transaction upon purchase. Since each bag is meticulously crafted, this deposit initiates your commission for our artisans to begin creating your bespoke leather goods. The remaining balance of your order will be charged prior to the shipment of your piece.

The production lead time typically ranges from 14-16 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume. When your order is complete, we will ship it promptly. Once your bespoke item has been crafted and shipped, we will send you a confirmation email along with tracking details so you can monitor your bag’s journey. We offer international shipping and are ready to assist you with any custom arrangements necessary.

As these leather goods are bespoke and made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns. This policy is in place to accommodate the time and resources our artisans have expended to create your custom leather goods with the highest standards of craftsmanship. However, if you decide to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, we are happy to issue a full refund of your deposit.
